知识型员工非经济性激励因素敏感性分析及过度激励问题探讨

摘　　要：通过运用《知识型员工的非经济性激励因素及其激励效果研究》一文的数据和线性多元回归模型,计算知识型员工非经济性激励因素对员工总体被激励程度(激励强度)的弹性和激励强度与激励因素的关系,找出具有不同敏感性的激励因素,并对过度激励问题进行探讨。Using the datum and the linear multiple regression model in the paper that is ＂the Study on Non - economic Stimulation Factors of Knowledge Employees and Stimulation Effect＂, we calculate the elasticity between the stimulation strength and the stimulation factors, and we find some factors that have different sensitivity. Finally, we discuss the issue of over - stimulation.
