新型2D25卧式柴油机燃烧系统研究

摘　　要：针对新型2D25卧式柴油机设计要求,对其燃烧室、喷油系统和进气道进行了设计研究与匹配。通过综合匹配优化研究,新型2D25卧式柴油机达到了设计性能要求,标定功率达37kW(2 400r/min),最大转矩167N.m(1 600r/min),最经济燃油消耗区范围宽广,最低燃油消耗率224g/(kW.h)、最高排气烟度2.5BSU、最高排气温度610℃,排放达到中国非道路移动用柴油机第Ⅱ阶段排放限值要求。The model 2D25 horizontal diesel engine development work, mainly the designs of combustion chamber, fuel injection system and intake port and their optimized matching, was described. The engine reaches the design targets successfully： rated power 37 kW （2 400 r/min）, maximum torque 167 N.m （1 600 r/min）, lowest specific fuel consumption （SFC） on the full load speed characteristic curve 224 g/（kW· h） with wide low BSFC range, highest exhaust temperature 610℃, max. exhaust smoke 2.5 BSU. The emissions of the engine meet the limits for exhaust pollutants from diesel engines of non-road mobile machinery （stage Ⅱ） in China.
