教育网站影响力评价的实证研究——基于我国31个省级教育门户网站的网络计量

摘　　要：基于网络计量学的网站影响力评价是当前网络资源评价中最重要的内容之一,代表着一种量化评价的趋势。本文在前期理论建构的基础上,选择某一类教育网站开展影响力评价研究,即选择我国31所省级教育门户网站,采集其链接指标和流量指标,经由相关分析和主成分分析等统计方法,揭示各种网络计量指标对于教育网站影响力评价的效用,并探索关于教育网站影响力的综合评价方法。研究结果表明:基于链接特征和流量特征的评价与人工定性评价都可以作为网站评价的方法,三者的相互印证体现了网站影响力评价的科学性,三者之间的差异体现了他们各有侧重,有必要综合运用;一些单一链接指标,可以作为网站评价的参照标准,但是,基于链接特征的综合方法评价网站影响力的效度更高,网络影响因子对教育门户网站的评价意义尚不明显;Alexa提供的"网站流量排名"这一综合指标更具有直接参照意义。文章最后还对网站影响力评价结果的应用以及研究中可能存在的误差和改进工作进行了讨论。Nowadays impact assessment of websites based on webometircs has been growing,and is leading a new trend in quantitative analysis.Based on prior efforts in laying theoretical foundations,this study examined 31 Provincial educational information portals in China.Researchers collected the numbers of hyperlinks and traffic flow on each portal,explored the parameters when assessing hyperlink characteristics,and then looked for a comprehensive impact measurement of education websites.This article reports the following discoveries.1） Website assessment methods based on hyperlink characteristics or on flow characteristics or on expert scoring are effective by triangulation,which demonstrates that webometircs-based impact assessment is scientific to some extent and can be used to evaluate education websites.The three methods focus on different aspect of websites,and need to be combined for comprehensive analysis.2） Some single hyperlink indexes can be used to assess education websites,but score-based PCA（principle component analysis） seems to be more valid.On the other hand,WIF（web impact factor） doesnot seem to be a valid method as we anticipated.3） ＂Alexa Order＂ as a synthetic evaluation index can be directly used.At the end,we discuss the application of impact assessment,possible study errors,and future work needed.
