福建高校阳光体育运动可持续开展的研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、比较观察法、逻辑分析法,对福建高校阳光体育运动的开展进行研究,从加强福建高校阳光体育运动、增强大学生体质和技能入手,探讨现阶段福建高校阳光体育运动深入开展的方式。结果表明:将民族传统体育、民俗体育、时尚体育、休闲体育、养生体育的有关选项纳入高校阳光体育运动,加强校园管理机制,能促进福建高校阳光体育运动深入持续开展。This paper used methods that include documentary analysis, comparative inspection, and logical analysis to study the Sunny Sports＇ development in Fujian colleges. Proceeded with reinforcing Sunny Sports in Fujian colleges and strengthening high college students＇ physique and skills, the thorough development method at the present stage of the Sunny Sports in Fujian colleges is probed. The result shows that： to make some essence of National Traditional Sports, folk sports, fashion sports, leisure sports, and health sports into Sunny Sports in colleges, can both intensify campus management system and promote the continuing development of Sunny Sports in Fujian colleges.
