摘  要:新课程亟需构建新型师生关系,在这一新型关系的构建中,师生都将迎接新的挑战,教师要适应组织者、合作者、引领者、促进者、研究者、决策者和反思者的角色,学生要适应既是课堂的主人,又是学习的参与者、合作者、探究者、反思者的角色。面对这一转变,师生关系应该如何更好的发展呢?就这个问题,本文主要从构建"对话型"师生关系的角度谈论一下。The new curriculum needs to construct the new teacher- student relationship, in this new relationship between teachers and students in the construction, will meet new challenges, Teachers should adapt to the organizers, partners, setters, promoters and researchers, policy makers and reflective, students will adapt to the role of the master, is both classroom study participants, partners, inquirers, reflective role. Facing such a change, how should the relationship between teachers and students better develop- ment? In this problem, This article mainly from the establishment of "conversing one" from the Angle of the discussed the relationship between teachers and students.
