构建大学课程教学中的和谐师生关系

摘　　要：大学教育中任课教师对学生的影响很大。任课教师除了传授丰富学生的科学知识,还可以在学生的学习和生活中留下许多影响,和谐的师生关系既能促进学生学习热情,提高教学效果,还可以培养学生和谐人际关系的建立。本文分析了目前大学任课教师师生关系因社会环境变化和职业精神变化引起的问题和根源,并针对问题提出了多项解决方法,以便有助于提高大学课堂教学效果和提升大学素质教育质量。The relationship between teachers and students plays an important role in university education.Roles of teaching in the course is not only including giving knowledge infomation also the attidute about learning and life,futher a harmonious relationship between teachers and students can promote students＇ enthusiasm on the course,improve the teaching effect,and help student to create good interpersonal relationship.Problems of The relationship between teachers and students in the university course teaching,caused by social and carrer spirit changes,are pointed and anlysized in the paper,and several ways to resolove the problems are given in orde to improve the teaching effect on the course,and be good to the students quality training.
