摘　　要：如何作好高职院的学生管理工作,对于高职院校的发展、稳定及人才的培养起着非常重要的作用。在当前世界政治多极化、经济全球化、信息多元化、生活现代化、思想多样化、择业自由化的大背景下,学生管理工作的作用日显突出和重要。注重知识的传播、动手能力的培养、素质的提高是当代职业教育思想的一大转变,是创新教育模式的一大飞跃。根据目前高职院的发展趋势和特点,笔者谨从以下几个方面对高职院学生管理工作的途径进行一些探讨。How to make the student management work in higher vocational institute for development of vocational institutes,stability and talents play a very important role.In the current world political multi-polarization and economic globalization,information diversification,life modernization,thoughts diversification,the background of employment liberalization,the student management work functions more and more prominent and important.Pay attention to the spread of knowledge and practice ability,the improvement of the quality of the education thought is contemporary vocational education is a big change,innovation mode of a big leap.According to the current higher vocational college development trends and characteristics,the author and from the following aspects of the higher vocational college student management work approach is discussed.
