我国高校合球(荷式篮球)运动队现状调查与发展对策

摘　　要：运用问卷调查法、文献资料法、教练和专家访谈法,对我国高校合球运动队的现状进行相关调查与分析.调查结果显示:高校合球运动队的发展受到高水平运动员缺乏、教练员业务水平、场地设施和训练经费不足、参赛机会少的制约.认为合球运动员的选拔,应选拔一些与其运动特点相近的篮球运动员,学校应开设合球课程,建立奖励制度;教练员选拔方面,应培养与外聘、近期与长期相结合;训练经费要争取领导重视,企业赞助,多渠道增加经费.The article uses questionnaires,literature,coaches and expert interviews,to investigate and analyze the status of Korfball Teams in universities of China.Survey indicates that university Korfball team＇s lack of high level athletes,qualified coaches,inadequate facilities and training funds,with insufficient access to games.The author thinks that the criteria of selecting Korfball players should be similar to that of selecting basketball players,to create Korfball curriculum and establish incentive systems;Korfball coaches can be promoted within the current trainers,and employed from freelance as well,with consideration of short and long-term;to apply training funds from the management,or to get sponsorship through various channels.
