医学研究生创新课程体系探索与实践——以南方医科大学为主要对象

摘　　要：建立适应社会经济和发展需要的医学研究生创新人才培养课程体系,培养知识、技能、人文素养兼备的复合型高级医学人才.通过适当优化研究生课程学习时间,重点突出对研究生实验技能的培养,改革课程教学内容和教学方式等方式建立医学研究生创新课程体系,力争研究生早实践、多实践,实现多出成果、多出人才的培养目标.To establish an innovative curricular system for cultivation of medical postgraduates, we attempt to cultivate advanced medical talents with interdisciplinary knowledge, skills and humanity qualities based on educational target analysis. The innovative Curricular system is focused on the optimized classroom schedules to foreground their experimental skills. The content and styles of teaching are also integrated into the curricular system. The objective of the curricular system is for their early and more practice to cultivate more talents with more educational achievements.
