摘 要:研究从石榴皮中微波辅助提取多酚的工艺。采用单因素试验及正交试验,考察不同条件下石榴皮多酚提取率。结果表明,提取溶剂乙醇体积分数、微波功率、提取时间及料液比均对石榴皮多酚提取率有显著影响;石榴皮多酚的最佳提取条件为50%(体积分数)乙醇作溶剂,微波功率300 W,提取时间120s,料液比1∶35(m∶V)。该条件下提取石榴皮多酚,提取率可达21.41%。The microwave assisted extraction of polyphenol from pomegranate peel was studied in the paper.Single-factor and orthogonal experiments were used to study the extraction rate of pomegranate polyphenols in different conditions.The Single-factor experiments showed that extraction rate of polyphenol was influenced significantly by extraction solvent volume fraction of ethanol,microwave power,extraction time,and solid-liquid ratio.The optimal extraction process identified by orthogonal experiments was as follows: 50%(volume) of ethanol as solvent,300 W of microwave power,120s of extraction time and 1∶35(m∶V) of liquid ratio.Under this optimized condition,the extraction rate of polyphenol was 21.41%.
