摘　　要：研究活性多肽β-酪啡肽-7的检测。采用高效液相色谱法对胃蛋白酶解样品中活性肽(β-酪啡肽-7)进行测定。结果表明,对比标准品的保留时间发现水解0.5,1.5,2.5h的1,3,5号样品含有β-酪啡肽-7。经过重复进样,结果仍然一致。This paper mainly research on the examination of active polypeptide β-Casomorphin-7.Using HPLC chromatography on pepsin solution in a sample of β-Casomorphin-7 detection.Compared with the results of standard retention time found the hydrolysis of 0.5 h,1.5 h,2.5 h,No.1,No.3.No.5 samples containing beta casomorphin 7,after repeated sampling,the results remained consistent.
