摘 要:分析某一型号机液复合无级变速器的结构及工作原理,并设计换段控制器及自适应模糊PID控制器。采用AMESim和Matlab分别建立其结构模型及控制系统模型,基于联合仿真技术对控制系统的工作性能进行仿真研究。结果表明:提出的换段控制方案及自适应模糊PID控制算法能够及时准确地根据负载变化实现对传动比的粗调或微调控制,达到了稳定发动机转速的目的。The structure and the working principle of a HMCVT were analyzed. The stage change controller and adaptive fuzzy PID controller were designed for it. The structure model and control system model were established based on AMESim and Simulink. Co-simulation technic was used to study the working performance of the control system. The results show that the stage change method and the adaptive fuzzy PID controller can adjust the transmission rate timely and exactly. The destination of controlling the engine speed is achieved.
