摘  要:目的了解衡阳市日用化妆品的微生物污染现状。方法采用随机抽样的方法在衡阳各宾馆、招待所和某高校采集150份化妆品,按照2007版《化妆品卫生规范》微生物检验方法操作进行检验。结果 150份化妆品使用前微生物合格率为96%,其中菌落总数合格率99.3%,粪大肠菌群合格率99.3%,铜绿假单胞菌合格率98%,金黄色葡萄球菌、霉菌和酵母菌合格率均为100%。高校中化妆品使用30d后和使用60d后,微生物污染检测样品合格率分别为94%和82%。结论化妆品中菌落总数超标率问题依然存在,且化妆品微生物污染存在一次污染和二次污染。Objective To investigate the microbial contamination status of daily-use cosmetics in Hengyang city. Methods All of 150 cosmetics samples were randomly collected from hotels and guest houses and a college in Hengyang,and the test was conducted in accordance with the "cosmetic health norms" 2007. Results The qualified rate of microorganisms was 96%. The qualified rate of colony count was 96%; that of its Fecal coliform, 99.3%; that of its Fecal coliform, 99.3%; and those of staphylococcus aureus, fungi count and yeast, 100%. The qualified rate of the samples used after 30 d and 60 d from the a college amounted to 94% and 82%, respectively. Conclusion The problem of over standard colony count still exists in cosmetics. So does the problem of the primary and the second pollution of microbial contamination.
