摘  要:以酿酒葡萄赤霞珠果实为试材,就延迟采收对果实品质的影响进行了初步研究。结果表明,延迟采收对赤霞珠果实品质具有明显作用,单粒质量、单粒体积、有机酸含量均明显下降,分别降低了35.04%,32.80%和1.08%;而总糖和Vc含量明显增加,分别增加35.4%和142.9%。方差分析结果表明,单粒体积、单粒质量、有机酸、总糖含量差异达极显著水平,Vc含量差异达显著水平。In this paper,the wine varieties grape(Vitis vinifera L.cv.Cabernet Sauvignon) berry were used as materials,the influence of delayed harvesting on the fruit quality was studied.The results showed that the single berry weight,single berry volume and the content of titratable acid were decreasing by 35.04%,32.80% and 1.08%,while the content of total sugar and vitamin C were increased by 35.4% and 142.9%.The results of variance analysis indicated that the difference of single berry weight,volume,the content of titratable acid and the content of total sugar reached to very significant level(P0.01) and the difference of Vc reached significant level(P0.05).
