摘  要:以薯引1号的试管薯、原原种、原种、生产种为材料,研究了马铃薯不同代数休眠特性的差异。结果表明,试管薯的休眠期和休眠幅度最长,其次是生产种,原原种和原种间差异不显著。另外,以早大白为材料,研究了马铃薯不同块茎大小休眠特性的差异,薯块越小,休眠期越短,休眠幅度也越小,并且赤霉素的催芽效果越明显。最后,以早大白微型薯为材料,研究了水分对块茎休眠期的影响,在温度高于15℃时,高湿度可以显著地缩短休眠期。With the microtubers,pre-basic seeds,basic seeds and production seeds of the variety Shuyin 1 as materials,the differences of dormancy characteristics of different generations of potato were studied.The results showed that the dormancy time and sprouting time of microtubers were the longest followed by production seeds,but there were no significant differences between pre-basic and basic seeds.The dormancy differences of potato with different weights were also studied with the variety Zaodabai as material.The results showed that the smaller the potato was,the shorter the dormancy time and sprouting time were,and the more obvious the effect of gibberellic acid was.At last,the effect of moisture on tuber dormancy was studied with the microtubers of Zaodabai as material,and the results showed that high moisture could significantly shorten the dormancy time,when the temperature was above 15℃.
