摘 要:针对现有传统的隧道式烘干炉加热效率低的不足,对红外线辐射原理进行研究,研制了一种红外隧道式烘干炉。结合二极管的烘干要求和所需特性,根据水分子的红外吸收光谱的特点,确定红外定向辐射器的类型及其布置方式,实现炉腔内温度场均匀的目标,并对红外隧道式烘干炉的炉体结构和其传动系统分别进行设计,确定合理的保温隔热材料。通过实验测试,验证了该设计方法的可行性和正确性,所研制的红外隧道式烘干炉具有节能、高效等特点。An infrared tunnel furnace was developed to solve the low heating efficiency of existing traditional tunnel furnace based on the fundamental theory of infrared radiation.According to the requirements and characteristics of Diode drying and feature of water molecular infrared absorption spectrum, infrared emitter and its layout were determined to achieve uniform temperature field.Then the furnace and its transmission system were designed respectively,and rational insulation material was determined as well. The test results verified the feasibility and correctness of the method.It is concluded that the infrared tunnel furnace developed has the features such as energy saving, high effwiency and so on.
