摘　　要：氨基酸是生命蛋白质的基本组成单位， 与国计民生息息相关． 作为２０ 世纪６０年代的新兴生物化工工业， 氨基酸将在２１ 世纪扮演重要角色．Amino acids are the fundamental components of protein of life. A new industry of biochemistry beginning form 20 century 60s is now developing rapidly. In 21 century characterized by electronics and bioengineering, the amino acids shall play even more important role.
