摘 要:翻译能力体系研究对于翻译人才的培养和评估具有重要意义。本文运用扎根理论研究方法,以“翻译能力要素”为主题对受访者进行了开放型、半结构型和焦点团体访谈,构建了由内驱力、认知能力、语言能力和操作能力构成的翻译能力金字塔模型。然后提出这四种能力之间的关系假设,对305名大学生、培训学员和翻译人员进行了问卷调查,并对数据进行了因子分析和路径分析。结果表明:内驱力正向影响其他三种能力;认知能力正向影响语言能力和操作能力;语言能力正向影响操作能力;操作能力受其他三种翻译能力的正向影响。Research on the translation competence is of great significance to the training and evaluation of translation faculties. This paper, with application of Grounded Theory, features a study on the subject of "constituents of translation competence" through open-ended interviews, semi-structured interviews and focus group interviews. A pyramidal model of translation competence constituents is established, consisting of internal driving force, cognitive ability, linguistic competence and operational skill. And then a hypothesis on the relations of the four constituents is put forward. Data of a sample questionnaire carded out to 305 university students, trainees and translation staff, are analyzed by means of factor analysis and path check. The result shows that internal driving force has a positive influence on the three other constituents, that cognitive ability has a positive influence on linguistic competence and operational skill, that linguistic competence has a positive influence on operational skill and that operational skill is influenced positively by the three other constituents.
