摘 要:教师工作满意度是高校管理效能的重要衡量指标。本文采用文献法,对高校教师工作满意度的概念界定、测评结构及影响因素作了概述和分析。认为已有研究主要存在概念界定内涵不一、测评指标偏差较大、重视均值差异比较和相关因素的统计联系不足等问题。提出后续研究应将教师工作满意度纳入工作态度范畴,加强区域性协作研究,改进研究手段,完善测量工具性能,优化实验设计等观点。期望为深入考证高校教师工作满意度的内在结构及其动力机制夯实理论基础。Teacher's job satisfaction is important testing index of management in higher education. This paper tries to analyze the conception, assess structures and its influencing factors about college teacher's job satisfaction, through documentary reference. It demonstrated that the connotation of concept definition varies, the deviation of evaluation index is large, the comparison of mean value diversity is payed more attention to, the statistics relation of related factors is insufficient. Therefore, we suggest that the future research should regard teachers' job satisfaction as one of job attitudes, conduct regional cooperative research, improve the research techniques and the measure properties, and optimize the experimental design, which aims to establish the theoretical foundations for further exploring the inherent structures and its dynamic mechanism of college teacher's job satisfaction.
