摘　　要："方法学的知识是最有用的知识"。在田径类课程目标和内容改革确立之后,教学方法的改革显得尤为重要,它是实现课程目标、完成教学内容的关键。本文分析了现阶段田径类课程教学方法存在的主要问题并提出改革的基本框架,为教学方法的改革提供具体的建议。The knowledge of method study is the most useful knowledge. Following the reform of the athletic teaching aims and contents, the teaching method is the key for the reform of the various athletic courses. This paper analyzes the main problems of the teaching method and gives the basic structure, put forward some specific suggestions.
