摘　　要：在大学生的德育工作中,为实现传统美德教育与时代精神的有机结合,科学融汇,本文提出"四个原则"探索:一是古为今用、批判继承的原则,二是推陈出新、择优扬善的原则,三是洋为中用、兼容并蓄的原则,四是科学性与实效性相统一的原则。这样才能培养出有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的建设有中国特色社会主义高素质人才。In college students＇ moral education work,to achieve the organic combination and integration between the traditional virtue education and the spirit of the times,this paper puts forward the ＂four principles＂ ： making the past serve the present and exploring critical inheritance;bringing forth the new through the old and preferring the good things;making foreign things serve China,being fully inclusive and equitable;unity of scientificalness and effectiveness.Through these principles,we can cultivate talents with lofty ideals,moral integrity,good education,a strong sense of discipline and Chinese characteristic socialist.
