摘　　要：为了考核专线运输绩效,提高公司经营效率,在分析专线运输绩效指标体系的前提下,建立了基于层次分析法和模糊评价法的绩效考核模型,该模型为专线运输的绩效考核提供了一个更为科学、合理的方法。In order to improve the performance assessment of special-line transportation and the operating efficiency of company,under the premise of the analysis of the performance index system of special-line transportation,performance evaluation model is established based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method,and this provides a more scientific and reasonable method for performance assessment of special-line transportation.
