摘  要:目的探讨引导式教育对小儿脑瘫的疗效。方法 99例脑性瘫痪患儿随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用Bobath疗法联合引导式教育,对照组采用单纯Bobath疗法,治疗6个月后比较两组间及每组治疗前后疗效情况。结果每组治疗前后,研究组和对照组之间的疗效比较,疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论引导式教育联合运动疗法对脑瘫儿童的疗效显著高于单纯Bobath疗法,特别是在改善认知、社交能力、生活技能方面。Objective To study the effect of conductive education combined with Bobath therapy in these children with Cerebral Palsy.Methods 99 children with cerebral palsy were divided into two groups randomly,one accepted conductive education combined with Bobath therapy(research group),another accepted only Bobath therapy(control group).Curative effective were evaluated pre-therapy and six months later respectively,and compared with before and after treatment and between research and control group.Results Six months later,compared with itself,between research and control group,the difference were significant.Conclusion The conductive education combined with Bobath therapy can improve the effect of rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy more significantly than Bobath therapy purely,especially in language,cognitive competence,self-care and social ability.
