摘　　要：本试验采用2×8二因子完全随机试验设计,研究了性别(公、母)和8个核黄素水平(1.2、3.2、5.2、7.2、9.2、11.2、13.2、15.2 mg/kg)对1～14日龄北京鸭生产性能的影响,进而探讨1～14日龄北京鸭核黄素需要量。选取体重相近的1日龄健康的Z3系北京鸭公、母各320只,公鸭随机分为8组,每组5个重复,每个重复8只鸭;母鸭分组方式与公鸭相同。结果表明,性别对1～14日龄北京鸭平均日增重、日采食量和料重比没有显著影响(P>0.05),核黄素水平对1～14日龄北京鸭平均日增重、日采食量、料重比均有显著的影响(P<0.01),核黄素缺乏组试验鸭生长缓慢并伴有缺乏症。分别以平均日增重、料重比为评价指标,依据折线模型估测1～14日龄北京鸭核黄素需要量分别为3.32 mg/kg和4.49 mg/kg。A 2 x 8 factorial experiment containing gender （male and female）and eight riboflavin levels （1.2,3.2,5.2,7.2,9.2,11.2,13.2 mg/kg and 15.2 mg/kg） was conducted to evaluate the influence of these effects on growth performance and riboflavin requirement of Peking ducks from 1 to 14 days of age.Three hundred and twenty one- day-old male Peking ducks were randomly divided into 8 groups with 5 replieates in eaeh group and 8 dueks in each replicate.Female ducks were divied into groups aeeording to this method.The results showed that：average daily weight gain,daily feed intake and feed/gain were affected significantly by dietary riboflavin levels （P 〈 0.01 ） ,however,the effeets were not significant by sex levels （P 〉 0.05 ）.On diets lacking riboflavin （1.2 mg/kg） the ducks failed to grow, and had ri- boflavin deficiency diseases.According to broken-line model,the riboflavin requirements of average daily weight gain and feed/gain were 3.32 mg/kg and 4.49 mg/kg,respectively.
