摘　　要：通过分析城乡义务教育阶段英语教育的师资、教学方法以及教学资源配置等方面体现出的差异,提出通过壮大师资力量,完善教育资源配置,提高受教育者学习能力及水平的相关策略,以促进义务教育阶段英语教育均衡化的发展。This thesis has analyzed the different development of English compulsory education in urban and country in terms of teacher, teaching method and resources. And in order to balancing the English compulsory education in urban and country, it works out some strategies by means of strengthening the resources of teaching, enriching the member of teachers, improving the students＇ learning abilities and so on.
