摘　　要：近些年,安徽医科大学第一附属医院在临床实践教学方面取得了一定的成绩,但随着医学院校的扩招、生源扩大而教学实践资源相对减少等增加了临床实践教学的困难,为此,作者提出了恢复附属医院带教传统,制定教学评价体系,创新实践教学模式,抓重点教学环节监控等措施。In recent years,the first affiliated hospital of Anhui Medical University made some achievements in the aspect of teaching of clinical practice,but expansion of enrollment in the medical schools and improvement of laws related to health care increased in sime extent the difficulties of teaching of clinical practice.To this end,the authors propose some measures such as the recovery of teaching tradition in the affiliated hospitals,developing teaching evaluation system,innovating practice teaching model and focusing on monitoring teaching process.
