摘 要:为了满足轧机液压压下系统高响应、高精度的要求和解决系统非线性时变等不确定的压下液压伺服系统的跟踪控制问题,提出了一种基于模糊神经网络的滑模控制策略.该模糊神经网络滑模控制器用以控制液压轧机压下系统以提高其响应速度和控制精度.仿真与试验结果表明,新型控制器使轧机液压压下伺服系统具有较强的动态特性和稳态特性,并提高了轧机液压压下系统的鲁棒性和跟踪性能.In order to solve the problem of the uncertain tracking control for the mill hydraulic pressure down system to meet the high response,high-precision requirements and nonlinear time-varying in hydraulic servo system,a kind of sliding control strategy based on fuzzy neural network is proposed.A near controller of the sliding mode of the fuzzy neural network is used to control the pressure down system of hydraulic mill and to improve its response speed and control accuracy.The simulation and experimental results show that the new controller can intensify the dynamic and the steady-state characteristics of the system and improve the robustness and tracking performance of the hydraulic pressure down system.
