摘　　要：文章通过分析企业"软裁员"的现象,对"软裁员"进行了界定,介绍了"软裁员"的主要手段,探讨了"软裁员"的主要特点,从理论依据、法律规避以及现实背景的角度剖析了企业"软裁员"的动因,并对"软裁员"进行了评价,指出"软裁员"是一种不健康的裁员方式,最后提出了相应的建议。By analyzing the ＂soft-layoff＂ phenomenon, this paper defines the ＂soft-layoff＂, introduces its primary means and the main features, analyzes its motivation from the view of theoretical basis, realistic background and law evasion, and points out that ＂soft-layoff ＂ is an unhealthy way to reduce the employees. Finally, this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
