摘 要:目的应用《分级培训手册》改进和完善培训内容,规范手术室各级护士的培训,提高手术室各级护士的核心能力。方法采用《分级培训手册》对手术室各级护士进行有计划、有目标、系统性的培训和考核。结果应用《分级培训手册》后手术医生对手术室护士的满意度、各级护士理论考核、技能考核和综合素质评分均较应用前提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论采用《分级培训手册》对手术室各级护士进行核心能力培训管理,可以增强手术室护士的培训意识,提高手术室护士的工作能力和综合素质。Objective Application of classification training manual to improve and consummate training contents, and standard the training of nurses at all levels so as to improve core competencies of nurses in operating rooms. Methods Adoption of classification training manual to make a planned, targeted, systematic training and assessment for nurses at all levels in operating rooms. Results The satisfactory degree of doctors to nurses, the scores of nursing theory and nursing skill examination, and the overall quality of nurses at all levels increased after using classification training manual, and the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Application of classification training manual in training management of nurses core competencies at all levels can enhance the training awareness and improve the work ability and overall quality of nurses.
