摘　　要：D-酒石酸与十二醇进行酯化反应得到D-酒石酸十二酯。比较不同催化剂、反应溶剂的对产率的影响,反应的最佳条件是对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,乙醇为溶剂,反应时间3 h,产率达到81%,产品经IR确证。N-didodecyl D-tartrate was synthsized by esterification from D-tartaric acid and n-dodecanol.The effects of catalyst and solvent on the yield were discussed.The optimum reaction conditions were that P-toluene sulfonic acid was used as catalyst,ethanol was selected as solvent,and reaction time was 3 h.The yield was about 81% and the structure was characterized by IR.
