摘  要:新建公路、铁路施工与既有线路交叉作业时,其石方爆破作业难度相当大,既要考虑既有线路的安全,又要保证施工的如期进行,要求采取相应的爆破技术和必要的安全措施。以株六线娄底至大龙段湖南怀化沙堆道口平交改立交工程为例,介绍了在紧临既有线的复杂条件下所采用的横向台阶爆破施工方法及工艺流程,并针对该爆破施工过程中的钻孔、参数、堵塞、网路等爆破技术要点以及炮被覆盖、轨道防护、预留隔墙等安全防护措施作了扼要的阐述。When the new highway or railway construction crosses existing railways, the blasting of rock is rather difficult. In order to consider the safety of the existing railways and ensure the schedule of the construction,it is nec- essary to take appropriate blasting techniques and necessary safety measures. Based on an example of the rebuilding of the railway grade crossing to interchange from Lou-di Prefecture in Zhu-Liu highway to Da-long section of the sand Huaihua, Hunan Province, this paper introduces the horizontal step blasting method and process closed to the existing line, which is a complex condition, provides a brief elaboration on the technical points in the blasting process, such as drilling, parameters, stemming and network, and explains the safety precautions including the blasting covered, track protection and.
