摘　　要：设半群A是有限个幺半群{Ae}的强半格,所有幺元e的集合为I(A).为I(A)定义一种序关系,使I(A)成为带偏序关系的半群.利用这个偏序半群构造出一个新的半群B,然后证明B和A的平移壳同构,从而揭示了A的平移壳的结构.Let A be the strong semi-lattice of finite monoids { Ae } ,the set of all the identities be I（A）. Denote a kind of order on I（A） such that I（A） is a semigroup with partial order. Investigate the construction of I（A） ,then construct a new semigroup B. By proving that B and the translational hull of A are isomorphic, give the construction of the translational hull of A.
