摘　　要：从教学工作评价理论研究和内涵要素解读入手,结合具体工作实践,重点阐述了院校在教学评建过程中如何正确处理好全局与局部、长期与短期、重点与一般、硬件与软件、客观与主观的辩证关系。From the angle of the theory and signification of the teaching - evaluation, we expound how to deal with the dialeetie relations between the part and the whole , ＂the short - term and the long - term, the general and the emphasis, ＂the hardware and the software＂, and ＂the subjective and the objective＂.
