摘 要:中国饮食文化在全球享有极高的美誉,其历史形成既是数千年来无数前贤思想与智慧熔铸的结晶,同时亦在历史长河的不同阶段吸纳、整合异质饮食文化元素而自新,其坚守民族个性、追求创新机变、张扬美食性征、崇尚宏博多姿的风范,不仅表现了中华文化兼容并包的文化精神,而且反映了人类共性的精神诉求,在全球化的今天给予世界以新的启示。Chinese cuisine has enjoyed high reputation worldwide, which has derived from the hard work and wisdom of numerous excellent people in the past thousand years, and has also been the introduction, absorption and innovation of diverse factors from other cultures. In the globalization today Chinese cuisine has inspired the whole world with its sticking to ethnicity, pursuing renovation, promoting delicacy and worshiping diversity, which has manifested openness as the essence of Chinese culture and has reflected the same spiritual appeal for all human being.
