基于开放式创新理论的民营企业并购式成长过程研究——基于吉利集团的案例分析

摘　　要：本文采用综合的科学认识论方法,以线性还原法考察在动态情境下影响民营企业并购式成长的关键因素。本研究以吉利集团为例,从政策环境、竞争战略、学习机制和核心能力四个维度分析了吉利集团的并购式成长过程。研究表明,企业并购成长过程中,政策环境和企业竞争战略之间存在显著的交互效应关系,组织学习机制和知识整合能力是并购企业良好运营的关键因素。This paper, studied the key factor in affecting merging - growth of private enterprise under dynamic situation, based on a complicated scientific theory of knowledge. It took an example of Geely Group and we studied its merging - growing history from four perspectives （policy environment, competitive strategy, the mechanics of learning and core com- petence）. The result showed that there was an interactive relation between policy environment and competitive strategy and that the mechanics of learning and knowledge integration played a critical role in running enterprise better.
