摘　　要：《内经》的阴阳升降出入理论经过千年的发展,一直以来都有效的指导理论研究和临床诊疗,笔者将近十年来对"阴阳升降理论"的研究进展做了分析,分别从《内经》阴阳升降理论如何指导天地、天人相应、脏腑经络营血、临床辨证论治等认识的研究进展予以综述。After thousands of years of development of the theory of Yin and Yang＇s ascending,descending,exiting,and entering,it always can effectively guide the theory research and clinical diagnosis and treatment.Author has done a lot of research about the research development of the theory of Yin and Yang＇s ascending,descending,exiting and entering,and written this summarize from the following four respects which under the guidance of the theory of Yin and Yang＇s ascending,descending,exiting,and entering： correspondence of human body and natural environment,Zang-Fu organ,meridian and blood phase,clinical differentiation treatment.
