摘　　要：利用Riemann边值问题的技巧,给出了多圆柱上符号为连续函数的Toeplitz算子的谱的性质。The spectra of Toeplitz operator on the polydisc is discussed by using the technique of Riemann boundary value problem. And the spectra of Toeplitz operator with the symbol of continous function on the Shilov boundary is also analysed.
