摘　　要：高校推行学分制既是推进高等教育大众化进程的外在要求,也是深化高校内部管理体制改革的强烈呼唤。当前我国的学分制改革面临着教育资源供给不足、选课体系不够健全、学制失去应有弹性、教学管理工作滞后等方面的困境,其改革应着力于课程、导师、制度等方面的建设。To promote credit system in colleges and universities is not only the external demand in the process of promoting the massification of higher education but also the strong internal call of deepening the reform of internal management system in universities.The reform of current credit system in China faces the predicaments in the aspects of inadequate supply of educational resources,unsound elective system,insufficient elasticity of school system,lagging of teaching management and so on.The reform should focus on the construction of courses,tutors,systems and so on.
