摘　　要：概述了自上世纪20年代、特别是近30年以来《水浒传》成书年代及作者的探索历程。根据目前已掌握的内证、外证及旁证,否定了《水浒传》成书于元末明初的观点;认为《水浒传》成书于明朝中叶可以定论。《水浒传》的作者为明朝中叶东平人罗本,字贯中。他与元代戏曲作家罗贯中是不同时代的两个人。This paper summarizes the research results made in 1920s and 1930s about the novel Outlaws of the Marshes and its author. According to all kinds of evidence collected from different channels, it is proved that the novel was not finished in late Yuan Dynasty or Early Ming Dynasty but in the middle time of Ming Dynasty. The author of the novel is Luo Guanzhong who lived in the middle time of the Ming Dynasty, and this Luo Guanzhong is not that Luo Guanzhong who lived in the Yuan Dynasty as a dramatist, though the two persons shared the same name.
