高强化柴油机燃烧室凸台匹配油束夹角的数值模拟研究

摘  要:首先运用参数化分析方法对燃烧室结构进行解析,得出5个特征参数,然后在定容积的条件下,构造出不同廓形下的变凸台系列的燃烧室。应用三维仿真软件FIRE进行仿真计算,研究了不同廓形下凸台与油束夹角之间的匹配关系。研究表明,缩口和直口燃烧室下,油束夹角为170°且采用大凸台时,指示功率最大,而扩口燃烧室中油束夹角为160°且采用小凸台时,指示功率最大。相对而言,油束夹角对指示功率的影响较大,而凸台半径在油束夹角较小时的影响较大。The method of parametric analysis is used in this paper firstly to find five characteristic parameters which can decide the profile of the combustion chamber,then the CFD coder AVL-FIRE is applied to simulate the working progress of different chambers to investigate the matching relation between center-crown and spray angle,given constant combustion chamber volume.Results shows that using spray angle of 170°and a big center-crown in re-entrant and straight opening chamber has the highest indicated power,while using spray angle of 160°and a relatively small center-crown in expanding opening chamber has the highest one.In contrast to the diameter of center-crown,spray angle has bigger influence on the indicated power,while with a small spray angle,the diameter of center-crown has bigger influence on the indicated power.
