摘　　要：本文阐述了当前高职课程改革的方向,提出以提高学生的职业竞争力为目标,在培养学生专业技能的同时注重学生人文素质、综合能力、可持续发展能力的培养。并以电气自动化专业为例,论述了专业人才培养目标的确定和描述以及专业课程开发的思路和方法。This paper states the direction of the current curriculum reform of higher vocational education,and puts forward the goal of promoting students＇ professional competence,developing students＇ professional skills as well as their humanities and the comprehensive qualities,and focusing on the cultivation of students＇ capacity for their sustainable development.Taking the major of electrical automation as an example,it also discusses the objectives of professional talents training and describes the ideas and approaches to develop the professional courses.
