“阳光体育运动”背景下中学体育教学改革探究

摘　　要：青少年是祖国的未来,民族的希望,他们的身体健康关系到国家未来的竞争力,但我国青少年的体质健康状况却不容乐观。为了改善青少年的体质健康状况,2007年4月,教育部、国家体育总局、共青团中央在全国范围内全面启动了"阳光体育运动"。"阳光体育运动"是国家在新时期促进中学生身心健康发展的战略性举措,包含了很多与时俱进的教育思想和理念,对传统体育教学带来巨大挑战,传统体育教学势必要进行相应改革以适应"阳光体育运动"的开展。文章采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,指出了传统体育教学存在的问题,并以"阳光体育运动"为背景提出了相应改革措施。Teenagers are the future of one country and the hope of one nation.Their physical quality affects the competitive power of one country.However,the physical quality of China＇s teenagers is not so good.In order to improve the physical quality of teenagers,in April 2007,the Ministry of Education,State General Administration of Sports and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League launched Sunny Sports nationwide.Sunny Sports is a national strategic movement to promote physical and mental health of middle school student.It reflects many latest education ideas and philosophy.Thus,traditional sports teaching must be reformed in order to meet the development of Sunny Sports.By using methods of literature review and logical analysis,the paper pointed out the problems of traditional sports teaching and offered some reform measures based on the Sunny Sports.
