摘　　要：文章根据对高职院绩效考核的实际调查，探讨了高职院在考核理念、考核内容、组织对象、指标体系、考核过程、绩效应用等方面存在的某些缺陷，分析了可能产生的原因，希望可以对高职院的绩效考核提供某些借鉴。Based on actual investigation, the paper explored some shortcomings of the assessment concept, assessment content, organization object, indicators, assessment process, and performance applications in the higher vocational colleges, then analyzed the possible causes. The paper hopes for providing some reference.
