摘  要:针对机械系统特征信息提取问题,提出了一种新的机械系统特征提取及建模方法。首先建立机械系统状态特征信息拓扑空间,从而构建机械系统拓扑动力系统模型;再依据系统的拓扑传递特性,跟踪机械系统特征信息的变换及传递过程,实现对机械系统特征信息的提取。最后将该方法应用到单一碰摩故障、单一裂纹故障及裂纹碰摩耦合故障的对称旋转机械系统信息特征提取中,通过仿真实验验证了理论方法的可行性。Aiming at the problem of mechanical system feature information extraction, a new modeling and feature extraction method of mechanical system is putted forward. First, the state feature information topological space of mechanical system is established, thus, the topological dynamical system model is constructed. Then based on the topologically transitivity of the system, tracing the mechanical system feature information converting process and transmitting process, the feature extraction of the mechanical system is realized. The proposed method is applied to the symmetry rotating machinery with single fault of rub-impact, single fault of crack and coupling fault for feature extraction, the feasibility of the proposed approach is demonstrated by simulation experiment.
