摘　　要：经过近些年的发展,新建本科院校在学科、专业建设中展现出一些个性特点:在学科建设方面,以服务于人才培养和地方经济社会发展为宗旨;在专业建设方面,将社会需求与人的全面发展和构建合理的学科结构相结合。同时,在建设过程中也出现了一些问题和偏差,如学科建设规划性不强、人才培养模式不能适应人才培养需要等。为此,新建本科院校需要采取诸如加强学科建设领导、积极探索多元化人才培养模式等措施来引导学校健康发展。In terms of discipline construction ,to serve personnel cultivation and local economy is the aim of newly-established universities in China; in terms of specialized subjects, newly-established universities integratesocial needs with man＇s overall development and rational subject structure. However, in their development, some problems have appeared. The plan of discipline construction is not scientific or rational; the mode of personnelcultivation is not adapted to the needs of personnel cultivation. So,efforts need to be made to promote a healthy development of newly-established universities.
