摘　　要：晋升专业技术职务培训是部队任职教育培训的一个重要组成部分,构建科学、合理的课程体系是提高人才培养质量的基础工程。从继续教育、成人教育、岗位教育不同角度对专业技术职务培训课程体系建设进行理论研究。分析了专业技术职务课程体系建设的特点,提出专业技术职务培训课程体系建设的知识结构和课程结构。The professional technical position promotion training is an important part of army job education. Building a scientific and rational course system is the basic project to improve the training quality. From continuing education, adult education, and job education different perspectives, curriculum system in the professional technical position training is theoretical studied. The characteristics of curriculum construction in professional technical position are analyzed, and the knowledge structure and curriculum strueture are presented.
