摘  要:对心电图的诊断能力是护士必备的一项技能,但多年传统的心电图教学方法使教学双方都处于一种"双难"地位,即教师上课时难以讲透,而学生学习时也难以理解,更不能理论联系实际,尤其是大专层次护理专业的心电图教学,由于存在着学生基础知识不扎实、在校学习时间短等客观原因,矛盾显得更加突出。我们根据基于工作过程教学的思路,反思心电图教学中影响教学效率的因素,运用教育行动研究的方法,重整教学内容,以实践为先导,在有限的教学时间使护理专业大专层次的心电图教学能够符合学生将来就业的行业要求,学生从做中获取知识,从做中感受到学习的乐趣,收到较好的教学效果。Diagnostic capability on ECG is an essential skills for nurses, however, years' traditional teaching methods of ECG leads to the situation that teachers' thorough teaching is difficult, and students are difficult to understand when learning, let alone theory with practice. Especially the ECG teaching of college-level nursing specialty, because of its objective reasons, such as unstable basic knowledge of students, short time for studying at school and so on, the conflicts become more pronounced. We reflect factors influencing the efficiency of teaching in ECG teaching based on the teaching ideas of work process, reform teaching content using method of educational action research, and take the practice as forerunner to make ECG teaching of college-level nursing specialty meet the requirements of students' future employment in the limited time teaching. Students acquire knowledge and experience the fun of learning from doing, and it receives better teaching results.
