摘　　要：进入新世纪以来,我国的高等教育迅速发展。随着高校扩招,高校面临重大改革,随着改革的深入,高校在发展中存在的问题也愈来愈多。大学"行政化"则被认为是社会关注程度最高、对大学本质损害程度最大的一个问题。对于高校"行政化"产生的原因、危害及其对策,各专家学者给出了不同的声音。对这些研究成果进行综述,有助于从中找出解决高校"行政化"问题的有效方法,促进我国高校改革健康有序的发展。Since the beginning of the new century,our higher education has developed rapidly.However,with the expansion of higher education and the deepening of the reform,universities are facing the major reform and more and more problems are seen in the development.The executive of the university is the most outstanding issue that attracts social eyes and damages the nature of the university most.Experts or scholars have given their own different sounds about the reason that brought about the executive of the university and on how to deal with it.All these researches help to find out the effective ways to solve the problem of the university＇s executuue so as to promote a healthy and orderly development for our universities.
