摘　　要：研究人脸识别的退休金身份认证问题,由于谁材料动态变化,给身份识别带来困难。为了提高退休金身份认证的准确率和效率,针对传统方法提供的身份证明时效性差,易伪造,识别过程复杂等缺陷,利用人脸图像有唯一性、稳定性和不需要接触等优点,提出一种人脸识别技术的退休金身份认证算法。通过对退休人员人脸进行实时采集,并与服务器人脸库进行匹配,实现退休人员身份真伪判断。将算法应用于退休金身份认证系统,结果表明,改进算法提高了退休金身份认证的准确率,可以有效阻止身份造假行为。Pension identity authentication is studied.In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of pension authentication,the traditional methods have the defects of easy fabrication,complex recognition process,and etc.This paper proposed a pension authentication algorithm based on face recognition technology uniqueness for stability and uncontacted advantages.The retirees faces were collected and matched with face database in server to realize the retiree identity authenticating.The algorithm was applied to pension identity authentication system.The results show that the proposed algorithm improves the pension authentication accuracy compared with other algorithms,and it can effectively prevent identity fraud.
