农林高校经济困难学生资助工作的思考

摘　　要：农林高校作为为国家农林业发展培养现代高级专门人才的重要部门,其经济困难学生人数较多、比重较高,如何使经济困难学生顺利完成学业是社会关注的问题。通过对农林院校经济困难学生的主要特点进行分析,认为农林高校经济困难学生资助存在诸多问题,包括经济困难学生的"心理贫困",对经济困难学生的认定与管理存在困难,助学贷款制度尚不健全,信用体系有待完善,而在目前农林高校贫困生资助体系中,缺少行业专门资助等。提出完善农林院校经济困难学生资助工作具体措施。The farming and forestry university is social important department wmcn cumvates many professional personnel for national farming and forestry development, but these schools have many poverty-stricken students and proportion is very high. How to make poverty-stricken students finish school smoothly is social attention. The article analyzes main characteristic of poverty-stricken students in the farming and forestry university. The article argues that imburse for poverty-stricken students of the farming and forestry university, exists many problems. The poverty-stricken students have psychologically healthy question, and cognizance and management in these university exists difficulty. Now student loan system is not consummate, and the credit system needs consummate. In farming and forestry university industry specialism imburse is short, etc. So the author advances many measures aiming at consummating poverty-stricken students＇ imburse in the farming and forestry university.
